The simple process of how it works! Our staff will start from your original photo, slide or negative. Scan your items (photos, documents, slides and negatives) into high quality digital images so we can make photo enhancements to them. You give us the instructions of what to fix or enhance and we use our tools to make it happen. Once we are finished we will put your finished images on a CDs or Data DVDs for you to admire!
Gather all your materials to be enhanced. This can be a combination of photos, slides, negatives and documents up to 8"x10" in size. All photos must be removed from albums and frames.
Determine what enhancements you will need made to each item.
Then you will fill out the Photo Enhancement Order Form. This tells our staff the details about each item you want enhancements made to.
Package your items and send them to our lab for processing. Be sure to include the order form. See our FAQ for tip on properly packaging your materials for shipping.
Our Steps
Upon arrival, we will inventory your items, review your order form and determine if we have any questions for you.
If the items need to be scanned, we will do this next with our high quality photo scanners.
Next we will begin enhancing your items according to your instructions. Each item is cleaned before it is enhanced. We want you to have the best quality digital image as possible!
When your project is finished, we will copy your items to a CD or Data DVD for mailing back to you. We may email you a proof of the changes to finalize the enhancements.
Next we will re-package your materials and send them back to you, along with your digital image CDs and/or Data DVDs.
You are ready to enjoy your newly enhanced images!
